Terms of Service

Adermio is an AI-assisted skin analysis platform.

The service allows users to upload a photo of their face to receive a personalized cosmetic analysis report. This report is strictly for informational purposes.

To ensure analysis reliability, the user agrees to:

• Submit photos of their own face (or with the explicit consent of the person concerned);
• Not use the service for fraudulent purposes or to collect data on third parties;
• Use the report solely within a personal and private context.

Photo processing is necessary to provide the service. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we commit to:

• Securing data transfer and storage;
• Deleting identifying personal data after processing (unless archiving is requested);
• Using only anonymized and de-identified data for Research & Development purposes (improvement of AI algorithms).

Adermio strives to provide accurate analysis but does not guarantee the absolute correctness of the results, as these depend on image quality and the current state of technology.

The user acknowledges that the advice provided does not replace a consultation with a dermatologist. Adermio declines all liability regarding decisions made by the user based on the report.

6.1. Adermio Site & Content:
All elements of the site (texts, logos, design, report structure) are the exclusive property of Adermio.

6.2. User Content (License):
The user retains ownership of the photos they submit.

However, by using the service, the user grants Adermio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use the image to perform the requested technical analysis;
• Convert the image into an anonymized form (removal of identifying data) to integrate it into AI training datasets, for the continuous improvement of the service.

Paid services are indicated in Euros (€) including tax. Payment is due immediately upon ordering via our secure provider (Stripe). Adermio reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the service will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time the order is validated.
