Adermio is an AI-assisted skin analysis platform.

It allows users to upload one or more photos of their face and receive a personalized cosmetic analysis report, for informational purposes only and not medical.

The service aims to help the user better understand their skin type, needs, and adopt a suitable dermocosmetic routine.

By using Adermio, the user agrees to:

• Provide clear and recent photos of their own face (not that of a third party);
• Not misuse the service for misleading, malicious, or defamatory purposes;
• Use the report solely for personal and informational purposes.

The service cannot be used to establish, confirm, or modify a medical treatment. Any decision regarding care, treatment, or prescription falls exclusively within the competence of a healthcare professional.

The data provided (photos, questionnaire responses, generated report) are processed automatically via secure servers. Analyses are performed by an external artificial intelligence model and may be stored temporarily for technical purposes (PDF report generation, customer follow-up).

Adermio commits to:

• Never selling data to third parties;
• Automatically deleting images after processing, unless the user explicitly agrees to archiving;
• Complying with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Adermio does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the generated results, which depend on the quality of the images and the algorithms used. The recommendations provided are for cosmetic purposes and cannot replace the advice of a qualified healthcare professional.

Adermio cannot be held responsible for:

• Care or purchase decisions made solely based on the report,
• Any skin reactions related to the use of products mentioned in the report.

Prices indicated on the site are in Euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC).

Payment is made via a secure platform (Stripe). No photo or analysis is processed before payment validation.

Adermio reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the rate in effect at the time of the order.
