The adermio.com website and the Adermio mobile app rely on the following hosting providers, each acting as a data processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR:

All elements making up the Adermio website and app (texts, graphics, logo, icons, images, photographs, videos, downloadable documents, visual identity, database, source code) are the exclusive property of Antoine Munch, unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, in any form whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorization, under penalty of the sanctions provided for in Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Code de la propriété intellectuelle (French Intellectual Property Code).

The trademarks, logos and distinctive signs of technology partners (Apple, Google, Supabase, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners.

The photographs featured on the website are either created by the publisher, sourced from royalty-free stock image libraries, or provided by users (with their explicit consent and in accordance with the privacy policy).

Use of the website and the app is governed by the Terms of Use and, for paid subscriptions, by the Terms of Sale.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

In accordance with Article 6-I-5 of the loi pour la confiance dans l'économie numérique (French Digital Economy Act, LCEN), anyone who becomes aware of manifestly unlawful content hosted through the Adermio services may report it to contact@adermio.com — subject line "unlawful content report".

The report must state: the date of the notification, the identity of the notifier, a precise description of the disputed content and its exact location, as well as the grounds on which removal is requested.

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to any mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
